There are three ways for people to retain information. You either learn through auditory senses (hearing), visual senses (seeing), or kinetic senses (doing). Using audio, video, and then you applying the short lessons, we have hit all three learning styles, and thus increased the liklihood of you retaining the information and you benefiting from the experience. Sometimes the only way to truly ensure that we get from "here to there" is to hit all the possible ways of retianing information. The reason we went with something like an "undercover manager" is that it stimulates the filtering region of the brain that looks for things that are not normal. If we can present information in a new way, one that looks different than others, then you are more likely to keep that information readily available when you need it.
Our belief is that when you review the bits of information on a regular basis, you will get the most out of them. After all, it takes at least 10 repetitions of hearing information before it is fully retained. We know that not everyone is going to go to a full day training 10 times. We also know that today's society has a much shorter attention span than it used to. This is because our world is broken up in to sound and video bytes. So, we figured, why not do what works. We look forward to this system working for you.
