Agent 002 has been in the people development business for over 40 years.  He has worked with manufacturing, technology, shipping, healthcare, hospitality, food service, sales, retail, wholesale, and just about any other company that you can think of.  He has been published in multiple trade journals on creating lasting change, organizational development, leadership, and more.  He has authored over 100 training programs and developed train-the-trainer systems for multiple organizations.  He is a certified master trainer.  His undercover activities span the globe and have rescued countless organizations.  He is a master undercover agent and a true asset to the team.
